How much does an in-ground, gunite pool cost? With that said, the base price for an in-ground gunite pool is $55,000. Yes, adding a pool to your home is an investment, but the benefits of owning a pool make it worth every penny! Financing options are available.

How soon can you start building my pool? We are able to start most of our pool builds within 2-4 weeks of signing a contract. The start time is dependent on permit approval, owner financing approval, and weather conditions.

Do you have financing options? Yes! We have several lending partners that we work with to offer you the best financing options available. Most customers are able to apply for a loan and get approved within 1-2 weeks’ time. View our Pool Financing page for more info.

What is a gunite pool? Gunite is a type of concrete made from cement, sand, and water. Unlike conventional concrete, gunite is not poured but instead is applied by being shot in place using special pumps and compressed air equipment. Gunite is the most common type of in-ground pool and is often chosen for pool builds because of its design versatility and long-term durability. If you can dream it, we can build it, thanks to gunite!

Do I get to design my own pool? Yes, all of our pools are custom designed by our in-house design experts to meet your vision and needs.
